With two vital objectives, Whitewoods Wellbeing aims to restore the health of the woodland while enriching the lives of those who come to experience its charm.

Fishpond Wood, with its diverse plant life, thriving pond, and rich wildlife, is an ancient landscape that has been lovingly managed for centuries. Veterans Community Working Party CIC together with What Makes The Difference CIC, planned a working party to assist Dr Peter Brambleby with ongoing projects in the wood. This opportunity allowed participants to contribute to the landscape meaningfully whilst thinking about their own pathways in life and how our inclination towards efficiency and convenience can allow us to seek the most direct and efficient routes to destinations. By creating a cascade of small waterfalls, not only enhances the stream's aesthetic but also supports ecological balance. It's a great metaphor to remind us that the we can chose our own pathways and change the course to suit our individual needs. In addition to waterfall construction, participants enjoyed activities like whittling and outside cooking.
